Friday Roundup: Jackie Joyner & the Koozies

Uphill both ways, in the snow and rain: It'll be a brief Friday Roundup this week as Siggy and I (and some other unfortunate souls) are heading up to Stanley for the Sawtooth Relay. Our team start time is 4:30am, and I stupidly volunteered for the summit leg, but at least I'm out of shape. No, not that The Moth: Two days after receiving my contributor copies of the newest Chattahoochee Review, I found another envelope tossed on my stoop. This one flew all the way from Belturbet, Ireland, courtesy of a handsome little journal called The Moth. Two more lucky breaks as: 1) my story followed the table of contents and 2) also sat directly opposite a painting of woman, looking slightly depressed and very nude, lying in the bath. And, yes, it does (kinda) fit the story, but I guess you'll just have to buy a copy and judge for yourself.
